# NSOpenGLCPStateValidation

If enabled, OpenGL inspects the context state each time the update() method is called to ensure that it is in an appropriate state for switching between renderers.

## Discussion

Discussion Normally, the state is inspected only when it is actually necessary to switch renderers. This is useful when using a single monitor system to test that an application performs correctly on a multiple-monitor system.
