Changes the state of automatic quotation mark substitution from enabled to disabled and vice versa.

## Parameters

- `sender`: The control sending the message; may be nil.

## Discussion

Discussion Automatic quote substitution causes ASCII quotation marks and apostrophes to be automatically replaced, on a context-dependent basis, with more typographically accurate symbols.
