Initialize a camera region anchor.

## Parameters

- `originFromAnchorTransform`: The transform from the anchor to the origin coordinate system.

- `height`: The height of the region, in meters.
- `cameraEnhancement`: The camera enhancement used with this anchor. This will affect the frame rate of the output.
