This is equal to primaryConstituentDeviceRestrictedSwitchingBehaviorConditions except while recording using an AVCaptureMovieFileOutput that you configure with different restricted switching behavior conditions.
Devices that don’t support constituent device switching return AVCapturePrimaryConstituentDeviceRestrictedSwitchingBehaviorConditionNone.
