Enables or disables subpixel quantization in a graphics context.

- `shouldSubpixelQuantizeFonts`: A Boolean value that specifies whether to enable subpixel quantization.

## Discussion

Discussion When enabled, the graphics context may quantize the subpixel positions of glyphs. This parameter is part of the graphics state.
