`IdentityUserOverrideable`	boolean	If `true`, the user can select an S/MIME signing identity in Settings. Applicable for “EAS” only.
`UserOverrideable`	boolean	If `true`, the user can turn S/MIME signing on or off in Settings. Applicable for “EAS” only.
