Returns the state of the specified vertex buffer layout.

## Declaration

subscript(index: Int) -> MTLVertexBufferLayoutDescriptor! { get set }
```

## Parameters

- `index`: A specified index in the array of vertex buffer layouts.

## Return Value

Return Value A descriptor that contains vertex buffer layout state.
