Creates a sampler node with the given sound asset and mixer.

```

## Parameters

- `soundAssetIdentifier`: A name that refers to the audio data that the node plays. See doc://com.apple.phase/documentation/PHASE/PHASESamplerNodeDefinition/assetIdentifier.
- `mixerDefinition`: An object that combines audio layers.
