Creates a rotation axis from the specified floating-point values.

## Declaration

```

## Parameters

- `x`: A floating-point value that specifies the x-coordinate value.
- `y`: A floating-point value that specifies the y-coordinate value.
- `z`: A floating-point value that specifies the z-coordinate value.
