BNNS Graph is suited to real-time and latency-sensitive ML use cases. Add new half-precision vectors and matrices to the simd header. Define spherical coordinates in radial, inclination, azimuthal order with the SphericalCoordinates3D structure in Spatial. Contain a position, rotation, and scale with the ScaledPose3D structure in Spatial.
