Finds the first Container ID capability descriptor in a BOS descriptor.

The descriptor pointer, or NULL if no matching descriptor can be found.
Discussion
This method uses getNextCapabilityDescriptorWithType to fetch the first ContainerIDCapabilityDescriptor.
