Loads data into a music sequence from a URL reference.

The music sequence to load the data into.

file://URL pointing to a file that contains the data to load. - inFileTypeHint:
Provides a hint to the system about the file type referenced by the
inFileRefparameter. - inFlags:
Flags that specify how the data should be parsed, and how it should be assigned to tracks. See Musicsequenceloadflags.
Return Value
A result code.
